Parmesan Garlic Red Potatoes



  • 2 Pounds Red Potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Grassfed Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Grapeseed Oil (or other high-heat cooking oil)
  • 5 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan


  1. Boil Potatoes for 20 minutes, until fork tender.
  2. Meanwhile, melt buttter and combine butter, oil and garlic.
  3. Place Potatoes on oven safe dish and smash lightly with the bottom of a coffee mug.
  4. Salt and pepper the Potatoes.
  5. Pour the Butter mixture on the Potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle the Parmesan on the Potatoes.
  7. Bake for 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  8. Finish the Potatoes with Herbs or Green Onions.
